Blue Shield of CA seeks a Sales Analyst, Consultant to partner with Sales Executives, Underwriting, and Product, turning complex data into clear insights that help win new business and retain clients. The role reports to the Director, Sales Analysis and Operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Salesforce, plus proven project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Qualificações

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires demonstrated experience in analysis and interpretation of complex data sets within Excel, prefer analytics experience in Salesforce
• Requires healthcare industry experience
• Requires experience in project management; prefer process improvement and integration with AI
• Requires experience as a process stakeholder and working cross-functionally with business stakeholders
• Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills to be able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously

Responsabilidades

• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights to support new and renewing business
• Inform case strategy and strengthen renewal and RFP submissions
• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives, Underwriting, and Product to improve cross-functional alignment
• Identify opportunities to optimize how teams work together
