CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to advance Power BI-driven analytics across the commercial sales environment. You will design and maintain dashboards, translate business needs into scalable reporting, and collaborate with analysts, IT, and stakeholders to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

This role supports data models, data validation, and release readiness while aligning with governance and company standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or BI.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI's and forecasting.
• Strong technical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for sales insights.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop and optimize data models and dashboard logic to improve usability and performance.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, and tech teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting aligned to priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
