Job summary

Wellmark, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Strategic Sales Data Analyst to join the product team.

You will develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to help leaders understand performance, trends, and opportunities, and contribute to distribution analysis and executive reporting. You will collaborate with Sales Operations and other business areas, translate data into actionable insights, support incentive plan design, and help establish meaningful measures of success through data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or direct and applicable work experience.
4+ years of experience with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
Ability to translate data into consumable insights for business decisions.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, and Business Objects.
Strong written and verbal communication and ability to present to executives.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze performance of distribution channels and identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
Develop data-driven recommendations and reports for sales leadership.
Support sales compensation design and incentive plan analysis.
