Job summary

Blue Shield of California's Sales Analysis and Operations team is seeking a Sales Analyst, Consultant to partner with Sales Executives, Consultants, Underwriting, and Product to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help win new business and retain existing clients.

The role reports to the Director and emphasizes developing leaders, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning while delivering data-driven recommendations for renewal strategies and cross-team process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data in Excel; Salesforce analytics preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in project management; process improvement and AI integration preferred.
• Experience as a process stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives, Sales Consultants, Underwriting, and Product to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Inform case strategy, strengthen renewal and RFP submissions.
• Identify opportunities to improve how our teams work together across functions.
