Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to partner with sales and strategy teams, guiding data-driven insights for SMB merchants on the DoorDash platform. You will lead analyses and collaborate with sales, operations, product, and strategy to unlock growth opportunities within accounts.

You will report to a Senior Manager on the Sales Analytics team, part of Sales Operations, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve merchant experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Highly technical with SQL, Python/R, AI and data modeling experience.
• Excellent analytical thinker able to deliver actionable recommendations from complex data.

Responsibilities

• Strategize initiatives against the overall sales org strategy and manage stakeholders.
• Experiment with data-driven decision-making and market intelligence efforts.
• Optimize the merchant acquisition engine to improve quality and growth.
• Analyze models to evaluate economics, value, and opportunity costs of initiatives.
• Influence cross-functional projects with sales, operations, product, engineering, and BD teams.
