Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Product Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience as a people manager.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful analyses that influence decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists to drive insights.
• Influence Product and Operations roadmap with data-driven recommendations.
• Interface with senior leadership to present findings and shape strategy.
• Oversee measurement strategy, experiments, and analytics processes.
• Partner with data and product engineers to build robust data foundations.
