Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Sales Analyst to provide analysis and actionable insights that drive sales efficiency, revenue growth and client loyalty. You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and present actions to product, sales and marketing teams to capitalize on opportunities.

The role involves developing KPI metrics, dashboards in Power BI, data governance participation and collaboration across departments to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in report planning, forecasting, data analysis or CRM.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and stakeholders.
• Strong IT capabilities with CRM, reporting and financial data.
