Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Sales Analyst to provide analysis and insights to drive sales efficiency, revenue growth and client loyalty. This role analyzes sales and marketing data, presenting actions to product, sales, and marketing teams to capitalize on opportunities.

You will develop KPI metrics, optimize processes, maintain data integrity and support data governance initiatives while partnering with stakeholders to translate objectives into data-driven reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in report planning, forecasting, data analysis, CRM.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop account targeting plans using internal and external data.
• Create ideal customer profiles and campaign playbooks.
• Deliver date-driven reporting solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for sales teams.
