Qualifications

• Identify targets and develop account plans using internal/external data.
• Develop ideal customer profiles and playbooks for campaigns.

• Analyze product, channel and customer dynamics to surface insights.
• Source third-party data for market analytics and opportunity generation.
• Use Power BI to create and maintain dashboards for sales teams.
• Utilize CRM to manage and analyze customer information and improve data collection.
• Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional partners.
• Support marketing and sales enablement projects as needed.
• Analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to maintain data health.
