Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience in report planning, forecasting, data analysis, CRM.

• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to define data needs and reporting.
• Develop account targeting plans using internal/external data sources.
• Create ideal customer profiles and playbooks for campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into data-driven reports.
• Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards for sales teams and management.
• Support data governance efforts and improve CRM data quality.
