Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Dallas seeks a Sales Ops Analyst to optimize sales processes and deliver actionable analytics. You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support CRM and sales tech to improve productivity and data integrity.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to drive aligned initiatives, create training materials, and help ensure smooth execution of programs and campaigns across the sales org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, MIS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations within financial services.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; Power BI and CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Frontline businesses and Analytics on dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance tools.
• Analyze sales data to deliver insights, support forecasting, and inform strategy.
• Support CRM platforms and sales technologies to improve productivity and data integrity.
• Document and improve sales processes, workflows, and operational practices.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams to align initiatives.
• Provide training and enablement resources to sales teams on systems and best practices.
• Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials for readiness.
• Coordinate and support sales programs and campaigns aligned with objectives.
• Identify process improvements through data and feedback; implement solutions and measure results.
• Provide administrative support, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
