The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analysis, strong PowerBI and CRM skills, and excels at communicating actionable insights to product, sales and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and sales support teams using PowerBI.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales to develop targets and KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and optimize workflows.
• Analyze product, channel and customer dynamics to drive improvements.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
