Job summary

Popular Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to provide analytic expertise to support sales reporting and the administration of incentive compensation plans. You will gather, organize, validate, and analyze data to provide actionable insights on sales performance and ensure timely & accurate incentive payouts.

You will serve as the liaison between the back office and sales teams to field questions, concerns, and requests, requiring excellent communication and proficiency with Excel and data

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant work experience as an analyst or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Excel.
