Job summary

World Market is seeking a fully remote analytics professional to support data and reporting across the enterprise. You’ll build knowledge of data sources, write SQL for reports, and ensure data quality while collaborating with Marketing, Ecommerce, Loyalty, and other teams.

This role emphasizes translating business questions into analytics, delivering concise findings, and supporting KPI definition and measurement across campaigns and enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in analytics, data analysis, BI, or retail analytics.
• Hands-on SQL with joins, aggregations, filters, validation checks, and data models.
• Experience using Excel for analysis, reporting, dashboard support, and data validation.
• Ability to translate business questions into clear analysis steps, delivering concise findings.
• Knowledge of campaign measurement, web analytics, experimentation, or enterprise reporting.
• Strong time and project management to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Data and Reporting Support
• Build knowledge of key data sources, definitions, and data flows to support reporting and analysis.
• SQL analysis: write and validate queries for recurring reports, ad-hoc analyses, customer personalization and segmentation.
• Data quality: check reports and datasets for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, document findings, elevate issues with evidence.
• Reporting assets: create, update, and QA dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service assets for reliable performance visibility.
• Enterprise Business Analysis and Measurement
• Performance analysis: analyze customer, digital, marketing, loyalty, ecommerce, supply chain, finance, and operations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Business storytelling: summarize findings in clear language, visuals, and supporting detail for stakeholders.
