Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Remote) to partner with the sales team and own the systems, processes, and data that drive revenue. You’ll manage reporting, CRM integrity, SOP governance, and ongoing workflow improvements from anywhere in the United States.

You will build and maintain dashboards, analyze pipeline health and quota attainment, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, and IT to roll out process enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience owning SOPs and cross-team documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot, XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros.

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity, CRM hygiene, and tools supporting the revenue pipeline.
• Process contracts in Salesforce and coordinate handoffs to implementation.
• Design and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports.
• Govern SOP repository and communicate procedural changes.
• Translate strategy into clearly documented procedures.
