Job summary

Blue Shield of California in Rancho Cordova is seeking a Sales Analyst, Consultant to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support new and renewing business, streamline processes, and enable cross-functional solutions across Sales, Underwriting, and Product.

You will partner with Sales Executives and cross-functional teams to strengthen renewal strategies, RFP submissions, and case planning, while applying rigorous analysis and project management to drive measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in analysis and interpretation of complex data sets within Excel; Salesforce analytics preferred.
Healthcare industry experience.
Experience in project management and process improvement, with AI integration preferred.
Experience as a process stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

Turn complex data into actionable insights to support new and renewing business.
Partner with Sales Executives, Underwriting, and Product to inform case strategy.
Enhance renewal and proposal submissions, including RFP responses.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and cross-team collaboration.
Manage multiple analytics projects with strong time management.
