Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with product, marketing, sales, IT, credit and HR teams.
• Identify targets and develop account plans using internal/external data.
• Develop customer profiles and campaigns to capitalize on opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into data-driven reporting solutions.
• Improve data collection and data governance in the CRM system.
• Maintain Power BI reports/dashboards for sales teams and leadership.
