Rivian in Miami is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to drive premium EV sales and deepen the Rivian community. You will guide customers from lead to close using in-person, demo drives, phone, text and email to deliver a personalized purchase experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales or Retail roles
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Experience working in premium brand retail environments (plus)

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs (demo drives, pipeline, conversions, trade-ins, financing, NPS)
• Maintain best-in-class customer experience at the location
• Qualify customers and tailor experiences to drive conversion and satisfaction
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to guide customer decisions
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service
• Support events to generate demand and community engagement
• Address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Stay informed on EV market trends and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and drive results
• Lead location opening/closing duties and daily recaps
