Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in Florida to build relationships with prospective customers and expand the Rivian community. You will manage the full journey from lead to close, delivering a personalized, multi-channel experience including demos, in-person, phone, text, and email.

The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and a drive to create memorable experiences that boost loyalty, satisfaction, and conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Sales/Retail/Hospitality or similar; premium brands and direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
• At least 21 years old and high school credential required.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles with commission-based environments.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments with ongoing iteration.
• CRM system experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI such as demo drives, pipeline, and conversion.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at the location, aligned with Rivian values.
• Qualify customers and tailor personalized experiences to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products/features to guide customer decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch, responsive service.
• Support customers through order confirmations and progress stages to drive conversions.
• Host and support retail activations and events to engage the Rivian community.
• Gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed on EV market trends to address objections and demonstrate value.
• Share best practices with teammates to foster learning and success.
