Job summary

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Branch Sales Administrator in the Newport News area. The role focuses on supporting the sales team with clerical tasks and ensuring accurate paperwork.

The candidate will coordinate with back office, processors, and customers, coordinate order packets, and help with events to showcase products. AHS diploma or GED and strong MS Office/ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Liaise between sales teams and back office.
• Ensure clean order packets are submitted.
• Generate orders and paperwork for equipment relocation.
• Obtain buyouts and credit approvals as requested.
• Communicate with Order Processors on order status.
• Assist with open house events and product shows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
