Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is looking for a Sales Admin to partner with multiple departments, handle data entry, and create financial documents while maintaining accurate processes to keep project caseload on track.

The role focuses on project management, data handling, and routine process improvement, with AI-assisted documentation, and financial modeling to support revenue projections and cashflow planning.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus; industry equivalent accepted.
• Experience supporting a sales team.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience (pivot tables, look-ups, advanced formulas, macros).
• CRM experience (Zoho, Slack, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written(email), and oral communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (50%), Data Entry (50%), and Continuous Process Improvement.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency in documentation, data management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models and multi-year revenue projections, including cost analysis, pricing, and cashflow forecasting.
• Constructively participate in developing and optimizing operational procedures and technical solutions.
• Serve as the go-to resource for sales reps: field questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on future deals.
• Ideal candidates should have Project Management skills to manage assigned projects.
• Meet with various teams to review project milestones, deadlines, and general status updates.
• Support business functions daily for communication, updates, and facilitating submission of rebate applications and documents.
• Develop a strong understanding of the EV charging industry and the corresponding rebate programs.
• Maintain and create documentation on business processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
