Bish’s RV is seeking a Sales Admin in Ludington to support the sales and finance teams by coordinating deliveries, ensuring compliance, handling paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

You will liaison between customers, sales, and finance teams, help keep deals moving smoothly, and contribute to an efficient, accurate administrative workflow in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and software skills and fast, accurate typing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and manage consignment appointments.
• Double-check documents to ensure compliance and accuracy of deals.
• Track deals from purchase to delivery to prevent delays.
• Prepare and send funding packets with complete checklists.
• Assist with accounting tasks including deposits and payments.
• Support sales and finance teams with various tasks as needed.
