Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support the sales and finance teams by coordinating deliveries, ensuring compliance, handling paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Pay potential is up to $20 an hour.

You’ll coordinate vehicle deliveries, verify documents for compliance, and assist with funding packets and deposits while supporting the team to move deals smoothly to hand-off.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with fast and accurate typing.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with dealership software preferred.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and manage consignment appointments.
• Double-check documents to ensure compliance.
• Track deals from purchase to delivery to prevent delays.
• Prepare funding packets and complete checklists for each deal.
• Assist with deposits and payment processing.
• Support sales and finance teams with ad hoc tasks.
