The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment, with duties spanning order tracking, funding packets, deposits, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Solid computer and software skills with fast, accurate typing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Customer service oriented with professional demeanor.
• Experience with dealership software preferred but not required.
• Able to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and manage consignment appointments.
• Double-check documents to ensure compliance throughout the sales process.
• Track deals from purchase to delivery to prevent delays.
• Gather funding documents to clear CITs and prepare funding packets.
• Assist with accounting tasks, including deposits and payments.
• Set up customers with the finance team and provide support as needed.
• Coordinate delivery hand-off and support sales/finance managers.
