Bish’s RV is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support sales and finance teams in Arkansas. You will coordinate deliveries, ensure compliance, and handle paperwork while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

This role offers hourly pay of $18-$22 and opportunities for growth within a family-owned, growing dealership. Strong typing, organization, and teamwork are valued as you help move deals from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Experience with dealership software preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and consignment appointments.
• Double-check documents to ensure compliance.
• Track deals from purchase to delivery to prevent delays.
• Gather stipulations and funding documents for CITs.
• Prepare funding packets and ensure checklists are complete.
• Assist with deposits and payment processing.
