This role offers the chance to work with Lightspeed, DealerTrack, and Evision, ensuring compliance, keeping deals moving, and providing strong internal support across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and manage consignment appointments.
• Double-check documents to ensure compliance.
• Track deals from purchase to delivery to prevent delays.
• Gather stipulations and funding documents to clear CITs.
• Prepare and send funding packets with complete checklists.
• Assist accounting tasks including deposits and payments.
• Set up customers with the finance team and assist as needed.
• Serve as delivery coordinator ensuring readiness for hand-off.
• Provide ongoing support to sales and finance managers.
