Bish's RV is seeking a friendly Service Admin to support service and sales teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and communication with customers. The role involves coordinating deliveries, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have strong data-entry skills, and be comfortable using systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams. Saturdays are required; Sundays are closed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates
• Translate and input technician notes into the service database
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness
• Operate multi-line phones professionally
• Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentation
