Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales support or admin roles, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. This role is full-time and on-site in Arlington, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative backbone for sales team with CRM data entry, updates, and reporting.
• Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Assist with proposal creation, contract tracking, and document management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Marketing to support the sales lifecycle.
• Generate reports on pipeline activity and team metrics.
• Maintain sales enablement materials, client databases, and templates.
• Support travel coordination and expense tracking for the sales team.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
