Job summary

Agora Data, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the sales team by managing CRM data, coordinating client communications, and handling proposals and contracts.

In this role you will work with Legal, Operations, and Marketing to streamline the sales lifecycle, generate pipeline reports, and ensure timely travel and expense tracking, delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, admin, or customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM data entry, updates, and reporting.
• Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Assist with proposal creation, contract tracking, document management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Marketing to support the sales lifecycle.
• Assess viability of leads and accounts in various stages.
• Generate reports on pipeline activity and team performance metrics.
• Maintain organization of sales enablement materials, client databases, templates.
• Support travel coordination and expense tracking for the sales team.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
