SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant in Carbondale, CO to provide sales support, generate leads, and schedule appointments. You will maintain multiple sales calendars, handle customer inquiries, process payments, and support the branch with administrative tasks for Sales Arborists.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with outbound calls, and proficiency in MS Office; associates degree or higher is preferred. Training and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including telephone manner.
• Experience with outbound calling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; training on our programs provided.
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, multiline phone systems.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Provide sales support through outbound calls.
• Conduct lead generation and schedule appointments.
• Create proposals and manage multiple sales calendars.
• Answer incoming calls and deliver world-class customer service.
• Process payments and maintain customer database and files.
• Provide general administrative support to Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and training/coaching sessions.
