Olly Olly is seeking an entry-level National Account Executive to join our Charlotte, NC sales floor. You will drive new business for digital marketing and SaaS solutions, building a customer pipeline from scratch and delivering on a structured sales process.

The role features a base salary of $45k with uncapped monthly commissions and upside potential, with realistic Year 1 earnings of $80k–$120k and top performers earning well into six figures.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Making 70 to 80 outbound cold calls a day to connect with small business owners.
• Selling digital marketing and SaaS solutions that help small businesses grow.
• Learning our script and proven sales process, and sticking to what works.
• Building your pipeline from scratch, handling objections, and creating urgency.
• Participating in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching with your sales team and manager.
