Job summary

CB Group is seeking a Health & Safety professional to support the development, implementation, and improvement of safety programs across multiple sites in the United States. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and foster a strong safety culture.

The role covers hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and coordination with site teams, with a focus on reducing risks in production, warehousing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Business Admin/Management/HR.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Familiarity with safety management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program deployment across multiple sites.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and assist audits/ certifications.
• Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement controls.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances; perform root-cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs; onboard new employees.
• Coordinate safety efforts between facilities and site supervisors.
• Maintain incident records and safety reporting systems.
• Track safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
