Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group is seeking a Senior Safety Leader to own and drive the company safety program across multiple plants and brands. You will develop annual safety plans, coordinate across plant-level committees, and ensure audits and corrective actions are completed to uphold OSHA compliance and safety performance.

The role requires 8+ years in safety/risk management, with at least 3 years in multi-site leadership, and a strong background in DOT/FMCSA compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive safety, occupational health, or risk management experience.
• 3+ years in a multi-site leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own the company safety program end-to-end across all plants, brands, and fleet operations.
• Build and maintain the annual safety plan with defined objectives and measures.
• Establish and support plant-level safety committees and ensure action on findings.
• Conduct recurring safety audits against a standard scorecard and verify corrective actions.
