WillScot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment prioritized for safety.

The role emphasizes safety, standard operating procedures, and inventory/parts management, with opportunities to optimize labor efficiency and implement root-cause actions across the branch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean fundamentals in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to create a safe, cost-effective work environment and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness.
• Maintains safety by conducting daily safety meetings, STOP™ training and observations, and routine assessments.
• Ensures operating standards are followed with strong training and communication actions.
• Ensure all work orders are completed effectively with weekly performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Conduct off-rents inspections, draft accurate work orders, and manage damage billing as needed; relocate idle fleet and perform fleet inventories.
• Develop strategy to keep variances <10% by ensuring accurate work orders for idle fleet and youth orders under 9 months.
• Order, receive and distribute materials/VAPS to teams and vendors; conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Drive first-time quality improvements and reduce <60-day service calls via root-cause analysis.
