Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment where safety is paramount.

You will drive safety, manage work orders, inventory, and reporting, and ensure first-time quality while leveraging lean principles to improve performance and efficiency. This role is based in Middletown, CT and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a Supervisor in Construction or Manufacturing.
• Lean fundamentals knowledge is desirable.
• MS Office/Outlook proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors.
• Ensures safety policies are followed; conducts daily safety meetings.
• Manages work orders, performance reporting, and capacity planning.
• Oversees inventory counts and material distribution to teams.
• Drives first-time quality and reduces service calls through root cause analysis.
