Job summary

WillScot in Hawthorne, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality readiness in a fast-paced, construction-oriented setting where safety is critical.

You will champion daily safety meetings, drive first-time quality, and manage work orders, inventory, and vendor coordination to keep operations efficient while delivering reliable space solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; College degree preferred (industry experience considered)
• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Lean fundamentals in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to create the safest, most cost-effective work environment and exceed customer expectations
• The ability to create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Must be experienced in SAP invoicing platform

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness
• Conducts daily safety meetings and promotes a safe workplace
• Ensures operating standards are followed with strong training and communication
• Manages work orders with weekly performance reporting and strategy refinement
• Relocates idle fleet and conducts inventory counts; manages fleet health
• Orders, receives and distributes materials to teams and vendors; tracks purchase orders
• Drives first-time quality and reduces service calls through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Other duties as assigned
