Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment where safety is priority. You will coordinate with external vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness and drive continuous improvement in labor efficiency and materials management.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing, familiarity with Lean fundamentals, and proficiency in MS Office/Outlook; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HSDiploma or GED.
• College degree preferred (industry experience considered).
• 5+ years supervising in construction or manufacturing.
• Lean fundamentals knowledge desired.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems desirable.
• MS Office/Outlook proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach in-house team; coordinate with vendors; ensure safety compliance.
• Safely manage daily operations and achieve high-quality readiness.
• Ensure work orders are completed; review performance weekly; refine strategies.
• Manage inventory: parts, materials, and vendors; run counts and audits.
• Drive first-time quality and reduce service calls through root-cause actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
