Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean fundamentals is desired.
• Knowledge of state/federal requirements, building codes, permitting processes is helpful.
• Proficient in MS Office/Outlook.

• Lead and coach an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness.
• Manage health and safety through daily safety meetings and training.
