Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. The role emphasizes safety, training, and process improvement to keep operations responsive and efficient.

The supervisor will enforce safety policies, conduct daily safety meetings, and monitor performance while driving lean improvements and cost-effective outcomes across the branch.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisor experience in manufacturing, lean preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office/Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP invoicing platform.

Responsibilities

• Conducts business in compliance with WillScot Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
• Manages employee/vendor health and safety through daily safety meetings, STOP training, and assessments.
• Ensures operating standards are conducted with robust training and communication actions.
• Manage Work Orders, performance reporting, and capacity planning.
• Order, receive and distribute materials to work teams/vendors; conduct inventory counts.
• Drive first-time quality and reduce 60-day service calls through root-cause analysis.
