Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, emphasizing safety and on-time readiness. You will coordinate with vendors, manage work orders, and drive continuous improvement using lean fundamentals.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP invoicing. A college degree is preferred, with equal emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean fundamentals in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A desire to create the safest, most cost-effective work environment and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to ensure on-time readiness.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and conducts daily safety meetings and observations.
• Manages operating standards with training and communication actions.
• Reviews performance weekly and refines strategies for labor efficiency.
• Oversees work orders, inventory counts, and vendor management to reduce discrepancies.
