Job summary

WillScot, a leader in temporary space solutions, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team and coordinate with vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment in East Syracuse, NY. You will drive first-time quality, safety compliance, and efficient operations.

We value 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction/manufacturing, Lean fundamentals, and ERP experience (SAP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor in a Construction or Manufacturing environment.
• Lean fundamentals desired; knowledge of codes and permitting helpful.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors to ensure on-time readiness.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with WillScot policies.
• Manage work orders, inventory, and vendor purchase orders; ensure accurate reporting.
