Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or higher is required; college degree preferred depending on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean fundamentals in manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP invoicing platform.

Responsibilities

• Leads in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness.
• Manages health and safety through daily safety meetings, STOP, training, and assessments.
• Ensures operating standards with strong training and communication actions.
• Oversees work orders, performance reporting, and capacity planning to refine strategies.
• Relocates idle fleet, conducts fleet inventories, and manages parts inventory counts.
• Focuses on first-time quality and reducing service calls through root-cause analysis.
