Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure on-time, high-quality readiness in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The role requires 5+ years as a manufacturing supervisor, Lean experience, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP invoicing. You will drive continuous improvement, manage work orders, and prioritize critical tasks to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years as a supervisor in manufacturing; Lean fundamentals preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office/Outlook; SAP invoicing experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness.
• Manage the Work Order system, inventory counts, and vendor purchase orders.
• Drive safety and ensure compliance with WillScot policies; conduct safety meetings and training as needed.
• Analyze performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce service calls.
• Prioritize and manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
