Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead mold technicians, team leaders, and machine operators on a manufacturing shift. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment, while enforcing plant policies and guiding staff through daily tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Experience supervising mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators to meet production goals.
• Enforce safety rules and Amcor policies across the shift.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks; manage attendance and time cards.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports; driveContinuous improvement.
• Provide coaching, documentation, warnings, and corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor production rate, quality, and housekeeping; ensure clean work areas.
