Amcor is hiring for a Manufacturing Supervisor in Wisconsin. You will lead shift production to meet safety, quality, service, waste and productivity goals while guiding a team and aligning with established policies and customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in operations or related areas; SAP experience is a plus. Expect a focus on continuous improvement, accurate payroll coverage, and a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience preferred OR equivalent combination totaling 5+ years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer proficiency; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and implementing policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Oversee daily production and staffing to meet production goals.
• Manage production schedules, troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance and engineering.
• Monitor quality, use SAP for data and reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate employee performance and support growth and development.
