G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. seeks a maintenance supervisor to manage, train, and develop the production maintenance team. You will ensure adherence to safety standards, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime through effective scheduling and changeovers.

The role requires 3–5 years in production maintenance with supervisory experience, and knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and HVAC. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also expected.

Competenze

• 2-year associate degree in industrial maintenance repair or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of production maintenance mechanic experience with 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, safety compliance, and applicable laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop employees to meet established standards.
• Ensure policies, standards and procedures are followed (OSHA, safety, laws).
• Prioritize daily tasks; manage preventive maintenance and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Train and audit safety practices on an annual basis (LOTO, electrical safety).
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, safety reports, and timecards.
