Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Supervisor I to manage production line employees, ensure safety and quality, and control costs. The role involves start-up procedures, line setup, material readiness, and coordination with Maintenance and Quality teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s/Associate preferred) with 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• OSHA and production standards experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production line employees and ensures safety.
• Relieves and schedules shift personnel; monitors line performance.
• Ensures materials, flavor changes, and equipment setup are correct.
• Maintains downtime logs and quality control records.
