Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Supervisor I to manage production line personnel, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced beverage production environment. You will coordinate start-ups, monitor materials, and drive efficiency while collaborating with maintenance and quality teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related field
• Must have OSHA and production standards experience
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and numerical aptitude; accounting and P&L spreadsheet experience required

Responsabilités

• Oversee production line employees and ensure safety and quality standards
• Provide corrective action to enforce policies and procedures
• Relieve employees when necessary and shut down lines when needed
• Prepare start-up procedures and set up equipment
• Check production schedule and codes; schedule hours and breaks
• Ensure proper raw materials are available for production
• Supervise flavor changes, line switches, and quality control of water and temperatures
• Monitor machinery and record hourly readings and downtime
• Learn operation of all production line equipment and forklift
• Communicate with previous shift supervisor on status
• Consult Maintenance and QC on issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
