Job summary

PepsiCo Indianapolis Gatorade Facility seeks a Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor to lead the maintenance team on shift, drive reliability, and improve process efficiency. You will oversee technicians, ensure CMMS usage, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and continuous improvement within a large, world-class manufacturing environment. Some travel and off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience in maintenance or related field.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• 3+ years maintenance/mechanic experience preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity.
• Implement process enhancements to improve changeover efficiency.
• Utilize visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization and plant performance.
• Build maintenance technician capability.
• Track standard manufacturing and warehouse metrics.
• Ensure proper utilization of CMMS.
• Develop a team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach goals.
• Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes.
