Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure reliable plant performance.

The role requires 5 years of maintenance experience, 4 years of supervisory experience, PLC training, and strong leadership and communication skills. Benefits include comprehensive packages; visa sponsorship is not available.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years maintenance experience required.
• Four years supervisory experience required.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) training required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Assigns PM’s, checks PM completion and tracks PM completion rates.
• Manages and directs daily activities to Mechanics and Parts Clerk.
• Ensures all safety standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Schedules maintenance employees according to workloads, vacations, etc.
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize downtime and identify improvements.
• Responsible for Food Safety where applicable.
• Works with maintenance team to adhere to budget costs.
• Creates department procedures and facilitates training.
• Other duties as assigned.
